Monthly Giveaway Terms

1. Sponsor
The Maison de Janelle Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Maison de Janelle (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Maison de Janelle are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway is conducted on a monthly basis.
Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the final calendar day of that month.
Entries received during one monthly entry period do not carry over into subsequent monthly drawings.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible participant must become a new Maison de Janelle email subscriber through the designated Maison de Janelle signup form during the applicable monthly entry period.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Existing Maison de Janelle email subscribers are not eligible for entry through this promotion.
By subscribing, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Maison de Janelle. Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Maison de Janelle loungewear set selected by Maison de Janelle.
The specific style, color, size, and other product characteristics are subject to availability and will be determined by Maison de Janelle. Prize availability may vary based on current inventory and production.
The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Maison de Janelle reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the originally selected prize becomes unavailable.
Standard shipping to a valid U.S. address will be provided by Maison de Janelle at no cost to the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that month's entry period.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry.
7. Claiming the Prize
The potential winner must respond to the winner notification within three (3) calendar days of the notification being sent.
The potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, including their name, age, mailing address, and preferred size.
If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) calendar days, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Terms, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and Maison de Janelle may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
No payment, purchase, shipping fee, or other fee will be required to claim the prize.
8. General Conditions
Maison de Janelle reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete, submitted using false information, or otherwise violate these Official Terms.
Maison de Janelle also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or operation of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Terms and acknowledge that decisions made by Maison de Janelle regarding the administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
9. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Maison de Janelle's Privacy Policy.
Entrants who subscribe to Maison de Janelle marketing emails may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.

This Giveaway is sponsored solely by Maison de Janelle and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, or any other social media or ecommerce platform through which the Giveaway may be promoted.
