Timelines vary by collection, and when an estimated shipping window is available, it will be provided on the product page. Otherwise, we’ll keep you updated by email throughout production and share shipping details as soon as they’re confirmed.

Regarding our items listed as "Pre Order Only": Our pieces are created in thoughtfully limited quantities, with many styles offered on a pre-order basis to preserve the beauty and integrity of each design. These garments are made with intention, and production timelines may vary as each piece comes together.
Once your order has completed production and is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times after shipment depend on destination and carrier. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together unless otherwise noted.

Avoid warm or hot water. Dry on a low heat, gentle setting or lay flat to maintain the integrity of the fabric. Steaming is okay and encouraged upon receiving your package.
Return policy
After your order is delivered, if it does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days with your order number. Eligible items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging intact.
