Once your order has completed production and is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times after shipment depend on destination and carrier. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together unless otherwise noted.

Avoid warm or hot water. Dry on a low heat, gentle setting or lay flat to maintain the integrity of the fabric. Steaming is okay.
Return policy
We want you to feel confident and delighted with your Maison de Janelle purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number so we can assist you efficiently. Eligible items must be in new, unworn condition and returned with all original packaging intact.
